EventSingles is monitored on a daily basis. If a possible breach has been detected then all security passwords for the website will be updated as well as a clean database backup restored. Website backups occur every 2 weeks where prior backups will be fully erased.

Upon registering users will need to provide the following information below in order to obtain a member profile on the EventSingles website. We need these so that members can fully interact with other members as well as use our multi functional filtering options.
• Name, Birth date, Marital Status, Ethnicity, Sexuality, Gender, Religion, Looking for, Registration Reason, Country, City.
• Contact information including email address and telephone number.
• Demographic information such as address, postcode and IP address.
• Other information relevant to customer personal profiles, such as optional fields to best describe them as a person i.e Eye Color, Hair Color, Body Type etc.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU WHEN PURCHASING YOUR EVENT TICKETS
Once you have become a registered member of the EventSingles website you will have the ability to purchase your event tickets. When you purchase your tickets you will be asked to provide your personal details in order for us to validate yourself as a real person and safeguard ourselves and you in case of an emergency.
Your personal information will be visible to ‘EventSingles‘ events as well as ‘Member‘ hosted events.
Personal details that we may collect from you are as follows:
• First name, Last name, Company Name (Optional), Country, Street Address, Town/City, County (Optional), Post Code, Phone Number, Email Address, PayPal Email Address (Ticket Sales/Refund Purposes)
We may ask for you to verify yourself when attending an event so that we can make sure you are who you say you are. This would just be a safety precaution to safe guard our attendees when attending events. Any other information that may be asked at the event is down to your sole discretion to provide.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We require this information as active consent to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• When you register as a member, you are creating a profile which best reflects you as a person and who you are for other members to view.
• When a member tries to contact you, you will receive an email notification through the EventSingles email address. Please note that both your email and personal address will never be shared with anyone on the website.
• When a member attends an event, the information provided is used as confirmation of proof of identity for our team to verify their account.
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
For users that register on our website (if any), we would retain your information for as long as you wish to remain a member for. Within that time, members will be able to fully edit their personal profile (except the ability to change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Comments will be removed quarterly to not only manage the access and speed of the website but to also maintain current, relevant content posted by our members.

PURCHASING AN EVENT TICKET OR SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
• Send you information about your account/orders/price plans.
• Respond to your requests, including refunds (EventSingles events only) and complaints.
• Process payments and prevent fraud – Orders will be directed through PayPal.
• Possible account creation from store checkout page.
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
